you how you are doing, I neglected to mention one other funny that I\nuse on folks.&nbsp; This one almost got me in trouble because it has become so\nfrequent a response.<\/span><\/b><span style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",\"serif\";\nmso-fareast-font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'><o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=MsoNormal NOT a good thing\nto say, however, when the TSA agent asks you how you are when you are going\nthrough the line to get on a flight.&nbsp; It happened a few weeks ago.&nbsp;\nSarah Hyndman, our assistant, was boarding a flight with me at Pasco when the\nTSA agent popped the usual greeting.&nbsp; Without thinking about what I was\ngoing to say, it just started to come out.&nbsp; I tried to catch myself, but\nwhen the partial word \u201cdang...\u201d comes out and you try to switch it to \u201cGreat!\u201d\nit\u2019s too late.<\/span><\/b><span style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",\"serif\";\nmso-fareast-font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'><o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=MsoNormal five years, Point Hope was no Barrow or Wainwright.&nbsp; We thought Barrow was\n  remote, but Point Hope made Barrow seem like a metropolis.&nbsp; It's not that\n  Point Hope was any farther away from &quot;civilization&quot; than any place\n  else.&nbsp;<\/span><span style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",\"serif\";\nmso-fareast-font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>\n  <o:p><\/o:p>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=MsoNormal style='mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto;\nline-height:normal'><span style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",\"serif\";\nmso-fareast-font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>&nbsp;<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=MsoNormal style='margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height:\nnormal'><span style='font-size:13.0pt;font-family:\"Book Antiqua\",\"serif\";\nmso-fareast-font-family:\"Times New Roman\";mso-bidi-font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>Getting\nto Point Hope was an adventure all its own.&nbsp; What remained of an old\nmilitary airstrip still existed on the point of land so that you could actually\nland something larger than a Stinson Voyager or Piper Cub, but to get there\nnecessitated first flying from Fairbanks to Nome, then to Kotzebue, then to\nPoint Hope -- and sometimes requiring stops at Kivalina and Noatak\nbeforehand.&nbsp; Every leg of the journey was weather-dependent, and it was\nnot unusual to go for three weeks at a time with no airplanes, no mail, and no\ncontact with the outside world.<\/span><span style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\n\"Times New Roman\",\"serif\";mso-fareast-font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'><o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=MsoNormal style='mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto;\nline-height:normal'><span style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",\"serif\";\nmso-fareast-font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>&nbsp;<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=MsoNormal style='margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height:\nnormal'><span style='font-size:13.0pt;font-family:\"Book Antiqua\",\"serif\";\nmso-fareast-font-family:\"Times New Roman\";mso-bidi-font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>If\nDad had not previously been to Point Hope (maybe I'll get to tell you about his\nboating adventure with Howard Andersen in our next Coffee Break) and at least\nprepared the way in advance from a spiritual perspective, we'd have had all out\nwarfare in the Spirit.&nbsp; As it was, Point Hope had long been governed by a\nshaman who absolutely did NOT want us in &quot;his territory.&quot;&nbsp;<\/span><span\nstyle='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",\"serif\";mso-fareast-font-family:\n\"Times New Roman\"'><o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=MsoNormal style='mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto;\nline-height:normal'><span style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",\"serif\";\nmso-fareast-font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>&nbsp;<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=MsoNormal style='margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height:\nnormal'><span style='font-size:13.0pt;font-family:\"Book Antiqua\",\"serif\";\nmso-fareast-font-family:\"Times New Roman\";mso-bidi-font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>There\nwas an Episcopal church there which had been established some 60 or 70 years\nearlier, but the local priest had no personal relationship with Jesus Christ\nand therefore had no concept of leading people to the Lord or nourishing them\nin a spiritual sense.&nbsp; To him, the shaman was no threat, and the shaman\nlikewise felt no spiritual threat from the priest.<\/span><span\nstyle='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",\"serif\";mso-fareast-font-family:\n\"Times New Roman\"'><o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=MsoNormal style='mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto;\nline-height:normal'><span style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",\"serif\";\nmso-fareast-font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>&nbsp;<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=MsoNormal style='margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height:\nnormal'><span style='font-size:13.0pt;font-family:\"Book Antiqua\",\"serif\";\nmso-fareast-font-family:\"Times New Roman\";mso-bidi-font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>Our\nvery presence in Point Hope was a declaration of war upon the prince of\ndarkness and the spiritual forces (see Ephesians 6) that ruled the\ncommunity.&nbsp; And war it was!&nbsp; Right from the get-go.<\/span><span\nstyle='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",\"serif\";mso-fareast-font-family:\n\"Times New Roman\"'><o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=MsoNormal style='mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto;\nline-height:normal'><span style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",\"serif\";\nmso-fareast-font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>&nbsp;<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=MsoNormal style='margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height:\nnormal'><span style='font-size:13.0pt;font-family:\"Book Antiqua\",\"serif\";\nmso-fareast-font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>&nbsp;<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=MsoNormal style='margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height:\nnormal'><span style='font-size:13.0pt;font-family:\"Book Jesus\nChrist, and his Sunday morning &quot;messages&quot; were feel-good,\nwarm-and-fuzzy discourses on everything under the sun except Jesus\nChrist.&nbsp; Because he himself had never experienced a life-change by and\nthrough the power of the Holy Spirit in his life, nothing he did or said\nbrought any life-changes to those in the community.&nbsp; Many of the villagers\nremained steeped in their superstitions, traditions carried over from centuries\npast when they were migrating Mandarin Chinese escaping from Genghis Khan some\n2,500 years before.<\/span><span style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",\"serif\";\nmso-fareast-font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'><o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=MsoNormal style='mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto;\nline-height:normal'><span style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",\"serif\";\nmso-fareast-font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>&nbsp;<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=MsoNormal style='margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height:\nnormal'><span style='font-size:13.0pt;font-family:\"Book Antiqua\",\"serif\";\nmso-fareast-font-family:\"Times New Roman\";mso-bidi-font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>Just\nas an aside to this discussion, while we were living in Barrow, an\nanthropologist working with the Naval Arctic Research Laboratories who was\nstudying the ancient culture and history of the Alaskan (and Canadian) Eskimos\nreleased the results of his decade-long research.&nbsp; He was able to pretty\nclearly demonstrate that the Eskimos were a clearly distinct group of people\nwho were completely unrelated to the Indians.&nbsp; Their culture was\ndifferent, their skills differed, and their reasoning processes were\ndifferent.&nbsp; Buried in the various dialects of the Yupik, the Inuit, and\nthe Inupiat were words and phrases clearly of Mandarin origin.&nbsp; The\nfarther back in their history archaeologists dug, the more Chinese they became.<\/span><span\nstyle='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",\"serif\";mso-fareast-font-family:\n\"Times New Roman\"'><o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=MsoNormal style='mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto;\nline-height:normal'><span style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New one day down the coast from Barrow\nwhen we uncovered an ancient mound home.&nbsp; In that home were intricate\ncarvings made of ivory and jade which demonstrated a superb sense of the\nartistic.&nbsp; One of the carvings had distinct Oriental features.&nbsp; It\nwas an elegantly executed ivory doll with feet that unscrewed to reveal an\nivory needle for sewing with sinew still in the needle.&nbsp; The piece\nultimately wound up in a museum.)<\/span><span style='font-size:12.0pt;\nfont-family:\"Times New Roman\",\"serif\";mso-fareast-font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'><o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=MsoNormal style='mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto;\nline-height:normal'><span style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New traditions that had shaped the culture\nof these people dated back thousands of years.&nbsp; The superstitions that\ntrapped and entangled their lives were deeply ingrained to the point that no\nfacade of pretend-Christianity would ever bring deliverance and freedom.<\/span><span\nstyle='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",\"serif\";mso-fareast-font-family:\n\"Times New Roman\"'><o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=MsoNormal style='mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto;\nline-height:normal'><span style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",\"serif\";\nmso-fareast-font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>&nbsp;<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=MsoNormal style='margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height:\nnormal'><span style='font-size:13.0pt;font-family:\"Book Antiqua\",\"serif\";\nmso-fareast-font-family:\"Times New Roman\";mso-bidi-font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>The\nfact that Point Hope was still ordered under shamanistic ideas and concepts\nmeant that the villagers still feared the local shaman.&nbsp; He took great\ndelight in ensuring that the community feared him so as to maintain his place\nof power and influence, and wouldn't hesitate for a second to pronounce curses\nand cast spells on anyone who wouldn't yield to his instructions or demands.<\/span><span\nstyle='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",\"serif\";mso-fareast-font-family:\n\"Times New Roman\"'><o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=MsoNormal style='mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto;\nline-height:normal'><span style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",\"serif\";\nmso-fareast-font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>&nbsp;<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=MsoNormal style='margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height:\nnormal'><span style='font-size:13.0pt;font-family:\"Book Antiqua\",\"serif\";\nmso-fareast-font-family:\"Times New Roman\";mso-bidi-font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>When\nwe first arrived in Point Hope, the place really was a kind of\n&quot;fiefdom&quot; with the shaman and the Episcopal priest both vying for\npower and authority and influence -- and neither one having any concept of what\ntrue authority and power were all about.&nbsp; But some spiritual preparations\nhad been made for our arrival about a year and a half earlier when Dad and\nHoward Andersen made a boat trip, evangelizing villages, camp sites and hunting\nstations along the arctic coast all the way from Kotzebue (which was about 150\nmiles southeast of Point Hope) to Kaktovik on Barter Island on the Canadian\nborder (a total distance of about a thousand miles).<\/span><span\nstyle='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",\"serif\";mso-fareast-font-family:\n\"Times New Roman\"'><o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=MsoNormal style='mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto;\nline-height:normal'><span style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",\"serif\";\nmso-fareast-font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>&nbsp;<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=MsoNormal style='margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height:\nnormal'><span style='font-size:13.0pt;font-family:\"Book Antiqua\",\"serif\";\nmso-fareast-font-family:\"Times New Roman\";mso-bidi-font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>The\nplan for the boat trip had been made when we were still in the &quot;lower\n48&quot; sharing the burden and vision for expanding the church in\nBarrow.&nbsp; Dad was able to purchase a 21 or 22-foot military fiberglass boat\n(it really was nothing more than a shell when he bought it) and transport it up\nthe Alaska Highway to Fairbanks where it was kept until the needed moment in\ntime.<\/span><span style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",\"serif\";\nmso-fareast-font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'><o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=MsoNormal style='mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto;\nline-height:normal'><span style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",\"serif\";\nmso-fareast-font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>&nbsp;<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=MsoNormal style='margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height:\nnormal'><span style='font-size:13.0pt;font-family:\"Book Antiqua\",\"serif\";\nmso-fareast-font-family:\"Times New Roman\";mso-bidi-font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>In\nthe summer of 1959, Dad had shipped a 40 or 50-foot diameter tent from\nFairbanks to Kotzebue, along with the boat (which he had custom fitted for the\njourney) and a 35hp outboard motor.&nbsp; He and Howard gathered together some\nappropriate clothing, their Bibles, guitar and banjo and flew to Kotzebue to\nbegin the water trek.<\/span><span style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",\"serif\";\nmso-fareast-font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'><o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=MsoNormal style='mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto;\nline-height:normal'><span style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",\"serif\";\nmso-fareast-font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>&nbsp;<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=MsoNormal style='margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height:\nnormal'><span style='font-size:13.0pt;font-family:\"Book Antiqua\",\"serif\";\nmso-fareast-font-family:\"Times New Roman\";mso-bidi-font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>Over\na period of five or six weeks, they worked their way around the coastline from\ntownsite to townsite, stopping in between at summer campsites and hunting\nstations where families were gathering their meat for the coming winter.&nbsp;\nWhere the situation warranted, they pitched the tent and had tent meetings --\nsometimes for days at a time, sharing the Gospel and leading people to a\ngenuine experience of salvation through Jesus Christ.&nbsp; Point Hope was one\nof those stops, of course.<\/span><span style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\n\"Times New Roman\",\"serif\";mso-fareast-font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'><o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=MsoNormal style='mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto;\nline-height:normal'><span style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",\"serif\";\nmso-fareast-font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>&nbsp;<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=MsoNormal style='margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height:\nnormal'><span style='font-size:13.0pt;font-family:\"Book Antiqua\",\"serif\";\nmso-fareast-font-family:\"Times New Roman\";mso-bidi-font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>Except\nfor the once or twice-a-year ship that might arrive with supplies, and the\noccasional hunter or tourist who would arrive by bush plane just to see what\nthe area looked like, visitors were a scarce commodity.&nbsp; Dad and Howard\nAndersen's arrival, therefore, by boat with a tent and subsequent evangelistic\nservices was something of a novelty and people were more than curious about the\nthings they had to share.<\/span><span style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",\"serif\";\nmso-fareast-font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'><o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=MsoNormal style='mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto;\nline-height:normal'><span style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",\"serif\";\nmso-fareast-font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>&nbsp;<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=MsoNormal style='margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height:\nnormal'><span style='font-size:13.0pt;font-family:\"Book Antiqua\",\"serif\";\nmso-fareast-font-family:\"Times New Roman\";mso-bidi-font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>Although\nthere were several townspeople at Point Hope who made a public confession of\naccepting Jesus Christ during the tent meetings, there was one family in\nparticular -- the Frankson family (David was the local postmaster) -- whose\nresponse to the Lord was more than just a surface experience.&nbsp;\nNevertheless, the grip of tradition held them in ways they could not explain,\nand the fact that they had not yet been filled with (or baptized with) the Holy\nSpirit made them a target of Satan, who didn't like his territory\nthreatened.&nbsp; The day was about to come, however, when their young\ndaughter, Rosa, would make a stand for Jesus Christ in the community with a\nboldness that would tear down the strongholds of religion, tradition,\nsuperstition, fear, and the witchcraft of the local shaman.<\/span><span\nstyle='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",\"serif\";mso-fareast-font-family:\n\"Times New Roman\"'><o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=MsoNormal style='mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto;\nline-height:normal'><span style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",\"serif\";\nmso-fareast-font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>&nbsp;<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=MsoNormal Roman\";mso-bidi-font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>As\nDad and Howard continued their sea-going journey, the weather began to be a\nfactor.&nbsp; More than once they nearly lost their boat (and their lives) to\nwaves that threatened to capsize the craft.&nbsp; 21 feet is not a lot of boat,\nfolks!&nbsp; When you have a tent, a camp stove, an outboard motor and a\n50-gallon drum supplying that motor with fuel, their instruments, food,\nclothing and other stuff all crammed into it, I don't care what kind of\nfloatation you have; your boat is&nbsp;<b>loaded<\/b>&nbsp;and riding low in the\nwater!&nbsp; Several times they had to make a run for the beach to beat an\noncoming wave that would have swamped them.&nbsp; Had the boat been swamped and\nflooded, the water was so cold they would not have had time to swim to shore.<\/span><span\nstyle='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",\"serif\";mso-fareast-font-family:\n\"Times New Roman\"'><o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=MsoNormal style='mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto;\nline-height:normal'><span style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",\"serif\";\nmso-fareast-font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>&nbsp;<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=MsoNormal style='margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height:\nnormal'><span heavy concentration of oils in his diet\n-- can survive the water for anywhere from five to fifteen minutes.&nbsp; The\naverage &quot;tunnik&quot; (us white folks) survive an average of 45 to 90\nseconds before succumbing to the cold temperatures.&nbsp; That arctic water is\nso heavy in its salt concentration that the temperature has to approach zero\ndegrees before it freezes.&nbsp; Even in the warmest period of the summer, the\nsea water temperature will never get above 35 - 39 degrees.&nbsp; That said,\nDad and Howard were making their coastal journey in continuously\nlife-threatening conditions.<\/span><span style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\n\"Times New Roman\",\"serif\";mso-fareast-font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'><o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=MsoNormal style='mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto;\nline-height:normal'><span style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",\"serif\";\nmso-fareast-font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'>&nbsp;<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=MsoNormal style='margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height:\nnormal'><span half the distance to Barter Island),\nthey took a break to get fresh supplies, refill their gas drum and get some\nfresh clothing, then continued along the coldest and most treacherous portion\nof their journey.&nbsp; I say &quot;treacherous&quot; because of the moving ice\npack and their having to wend their way between floating icebergs at times\nwhich could have easily crushed the boat by coming together at the wrong time.<\/span><span\nstyle='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",\"serif\";mso-fareast-font-family:\n\"Times New Roman\"'><o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=MsoNormal style='mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto;\nline-height:normal'><span style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"Times New developed even though we all knew there\nwere vast amounts of oil in the arctic, and the Alaska Pipeline wasn't even a\nthought in anyone's mind.&nbsp; That didn't mean, however, that there weren't\npeople living all along the arctic coast.&nbsp; Numerous campsites and villages\nthat don't even appear on any map dot the coastline.&nbsp; Only a few of these\nplaces are occupied year-round, but in the summer, the hunting is spectacular\nand caribou abound in huge numbers.&nbsp; We have seen herds in excess of\n100,000 of these animals at a time.<\/span><span style='font-size:12.0pt;\nfont-family:\"Times New Roman\",\"serif\";mso-fareast-font-family:\"Times New Roman\"'><o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=MsoNormal feed, the Eskimo hunters set up camp,\nand you can find as many as 50 - 60 or even almost a hundred people gathered at\nthese hunting camps.&nbsp; Knowing this provided Dad and Howard Andersen with a\nchoice opportunity to stop, set up their tent, and gather the people together\nfor a time of ministry.&nbsp; Some of these hunting camps are villages today,\ncontinuously occupied with schools, medical facilities, stores and fairly\ndecent frame houses.&nbsp; Nuiqsut -- which is close to Prudhoe Bay -- is just\nsuch an example.&nbsp; Atqasuk on the Meade River is
