So much to say, and so little time!  Guess I'll just\nhave to increase my frequency of posts again.<\/span><\/o:p><\/p>\n\n

How're you doin<\/span>' this fine\nday?  Anyhow?<\/span>  Yup.<\/span> \nThat's what I thought.  If you were any better, you'd be dangerous.<\/span><\/o:p><\/p>\n\n

Told you I'd update you on the story of the three-year-old\ngirl who was raised from the dead at <\/span>Arnold<\/span><\/st1:PlaceName> <\/span>Palmer<\/span><\/st1:PlaceName> <\/span>Hospital<\/span><\/st1:PlaceName><\/st1:place>.  There's obviously more here than meets the eye, but let\nme share what I know at this moment.  In the days and weeks to come the\nfull story will obviously vet itself, but here's a sketch of what took place\ntwo weeks after she was resurrected.<\/span><\/o:p><\/p>\n\n

She was in the process of making a full recovery. \nThe parents had been overjoyed seeing their daughter progress from death to\nlife.<\/span><\/o:p><\/p>\n\n

Whether they were friends of the family or not is not\nknown at this moment, but two women who claimed to be "spiritualists"\n-- they were allegedly "New Age" healers -- went into the girl's room\nwhere she was lying in bed.  No family member was present when they\nentered the room, and what happened exactly while they were in the room is\nunclear.<\/span><\/o:p><\/p>\n\n

What is a fact is that one hour after they left, the\nlittle girl died suddenly.  No accusations have been made against the two\nwomen, but the fact that the girl died under such mysterious circumstances\nafter being in the midst of a full recovery is baffling, to say the\nleast.  Although the parents called Todd Bentley's ministry immediately,\nasking for a second raising from the dead for their daughter, I'm not aware\nthat the girl came back to life.<\/span><\/o:p><\/p>\n\n

In the midst of such outstanding miracles -- more than 20\npeople have been raised from the dead across the 60 days of this outpouring,\nincluding a local person whose story I've just heard about in the past couple\nof hours -- it seems puzzling to believers that such a thing could happen.\nThere certainly are many questions surrounding the three-year-old girl's second\ndeath.  Hopefully, we'll have some clarification of these events in the\ndays to come.<\/span><\/o:p><\/p>\n\n

As soon as I've had the opportunity to verify the story of\na man in <\/span>Yakima<\/span><\/st1:place><\/st1:City> who was just raised from the dead, I'll share it.  What\nI've heard thus far comes from a medical doctor, and the details are nothing\nless than startling.  More to come on this story.<\/span><\/span><\/o:p><\/p>\n\n

One thing is abundantly clear, and I believe this bears\ndirectly on the second death of the three-year-old girl.  There is\nspiritual warfare going on.  Demonic spirits and "rulers of\ndarkness" have taken aim at this stupendous outpouring of the Holy\nSpirit.  We can start pointing at individuals and all that, but the truth\nis that the opposition to what is taking place in <\/span>Lakeland<\/span><\/st1:City>, <\/span>Florida<\/span><\/st1:State><\/st1:place> is not\nembodied in flesh and blood but in the realm of the spirit.<\/span><\/o:p><\/p>\n\n

Obviously there are people who give themselves over to\nevil spirits, whether knowingly or unknowingly, and become the tools or media\nby which Satan exercises opposition.  It is important for us as believers\nnot to get too caught up with looking at people as the instruments of evil, but\nrather target Satan and his princes through the exercise of spiritual authority\ngiven us by the Lord Jesus Christ.<\/span><\/o:p><\/p>\n\n

Any opposition we see taking place right now to this\nmarvelous outpouring is going to be short-lived.  The power of God on\ndisplay through the multiplied thousands of people who are coming to know Jesus\nChrist personally in this outpouring and the corresponding tens of thousands\nwho are being healed and delivered and set free will shortly put an end to\nSatan's power to oppose.<\/span><\/o:p><\/p>\n\n

In our last Coffee Break, I told you about the angelic\nretrieval of our son's shredded cashier's check just over two weeks ago. \nHere's another event that just unfolded this weekend.<\/span><\/o:p><\/p>\n\n

Warren Bogart is a land developer and building contractor\nwho is a part of <\/span>River<\/span><\/st1:PlaceType> <\/span>Worship<\/span><\/st1:PlaceName> <\/span>Center<\/span><\/st1:PlaceType><\/st1:place>'s growing family.  Sunday afternoon, he invited the entire\nfellowship out to his home in Prosser for a barbeque dinner.<\/span><\/o:p><\/p>\n\n

Della's mother was one of the participants.  Just\nbefore leaving the house, she decided to wear a pair of earrings given to her\nby her late husband.  In fact, these earrings were the last gift she\nreceived from him just prior to his death in 2001.  As earrings go, they\nweren't overly expensive -- the set cost perhaps $1100 -- but Mom attached\ngreat sentimental value to them.<\/span><\/o:p><\/p>\n\n

Folks at the barbeque commented on seeing these earrings\n-- and they were quite striking with three rows of small diamonds in a hoop\narrangement.  Leaving the afternoon festivities around <\/span>5:00 PM<\/span><\/st1:time>, and driving home, Mom suddenly realized she was missing one of\nthe earrings.  I wouldn't call Mom panic-stricken, but she sure was upset\nto think she'd lost one of those earrings.  She asked me to call <\/span>Warren<\/span><\/st1:place><\/st1:City> and have\nhim take a look around the place to see where she might have dropped the\nearring.<\/span><\/o:p><\/p>\n\n

Warren<\/span><\/st1:place><\/st1:City> spent some time walking all over his place and checking every\nplace where Mom had been to no avail.  He called to report his\ndisappointing findings, and then shared how a similar event had happened to him\na few years ago with a couple of diamond rings he really enjoyed wearing.<\/span><\/o:p><\/p>\n\n

Warren<\/span><\/st1:place><\/st1:City> had done what we did with Chris' cashier's check and sent\nangels to find them.  He didn't bother hunting everywhere to try and find\nthe missing rings, but once a week he would open his jewelry case to see if the\nrings were back.  For six weeks (I think I have that right) he checked his\njewelry box regularly.  The seventh week, when he opened the box, the two\nrings were back in their usual slots.  He had faithfully declared the Word\nof the Lord during those weeks and watched expectantly awaiting the return of\nthe rings.<\/span><\/o:p><\/p>\n\n

His comment to me on the phone was, "Let's just do\nthis same thing again.  The angel of the Lord knows where that earring\nis.  He'll return it and put it in her jewelry box."<\/span><\/o:p><\/p>\n\n

And that's exactly what we did.  With our memories\nfresh concerning the cashier's check, we commanded the ministering angels to go\nforth and find that missing earring and return it.<\/span><\/o:p><\/p>\n\n

As late as this morning, I was still searching places\nwhere Mom thought it could have dropped, even removing a cover under her\nautomobile passenger seat to see if it had fallen there.  Late this\nmorning, Della suggested Mom do what <\/span>Warren<\/span><\/st1:place><\/st1:City> had done\nand check her jewelry box.  She did.  You don't have to have any\ngreat imagination to understand me when I say that there was a whole lot of\nshouting and dancing when she saw both earrings.<\/span><\/o:p><\/p>\n\n

It may seem like a trivial thing to command angels to\nretrieve such things as missing earrings or expensive sunglasses, or cashier's\nchecks, or keys, but most of us as Christians have forgotten -- or maybe just\nnot realized -- just what we have at our disposal as believers.<\/span><\/o:p><\/p>\n\n

One more miracle,<\/span> and I'll quit\nfor today.<\/span><\/o:p><\/p>\n\n

This one is personal, and it followed two days after my\nbeing healed of arthritis.  Della and I were sitting in Mary Ellen's\nliving room in <\/span>Red Deer<\/span><\/st1:City>, <\/span>Alberta<\/span><\/st1:State><\/st1:place> listening to the Lakeland Outpouring on her speakerphone. \nShe had called Della's mom in Sunnyside, who put her phone in front of the TV\nso we could listen.<\/span><\/o:p><\/p>\n\n

Earlier in the day, I had shared with Della for the first\ntime the fact that over the past year or so, I'd been experiencing what seemed\nto be an enlarging prostate.  The result was that I was constantly having\nurination difficulty with repeated trips to the restroom and being awakened\nnumerous times during the night by increasing pressure.  If you've ever\nexperienced this, you know exactly what I'm talking about.  It is both a\nnuisance and a serious distraction.<\/span><\/o:p><\/p>\n\n

Todd Bentley received a Word of Knowledge concerning\nsomeone receiving healing who had prostate cancer.  I looked at Della and\nshrugged my shoulders.  Quietly I said to the Lord, "If he calls out\nprostate problems or an enlarged prostate, I'll know that's your Word for\nme."<\/span><\/o:p><\/p>\n\n

Not five minutes later Todd said, "There's someone\neither watching by television or hearing on the telephone whom<\/span>\nthe Lord is healing of prostate problems.  I believe it is an enlarged\nprostate."<\/span><\/o:p><\/p>\n\n

The absolute accuracy of this Word of Knowledge was\nbreathtaking.  Suddenly I felt my groin area get hot -- so hot in fact\nthat I couldn't stay sitting down.  I leaped out of the chair and shouted\nto Della, "That's me!  That's me!"<\/span><\/o:p><\/p>\n\n

The heat lasted for nearly three hours.  Need I tell\nyou that the prostate problem vanished?  I don't think so.  You KNOW\nI received my healing.  The proof has been in the days that have\nfollowed.  All I can say is, "Whewww<\/span>!!! \nWhat a relief!"<\/span><\/o:p><\/p>\n\n

There's more happening even as I write this, but I want to\nget this Coffee Break out.  I'd have published this earlier in the week\nbut with High School graduations taking up our week's activities (Sandra Lopez\nand our granddaughter, <\/span>Savannah<\/span><\/st1:place><\/st1:City>, both graduated this week from High School) there's been little\ntime to spend in the office.<\/span><\/o:p><\/p>\n\n

Healing is the gift of God.  It is part of the\nBlessing of Abraham restored by the Lord Jesus Christ to and for all who\nbelieve.  Do not for a minute think that sickness or infirmity is a\nblessing from the Lord.  It is a curse from Satan.  Jesus came to redeem\nus from that curse!<\/span><\/i><\/o:p><\/p>\n\n

The Blessing of the Lord: it makes rich and He adds no\npainful toil and sorrow!<\/span><\/i><\/b>  <\/span>(Proverbs\n10:22)  Be blessed!<\/span> <\/span><\/o:p><\/p>\n\n
