There is so much at stake in the\nNovember 4th Elections that it has become incumbent upon me to share some\nperspective -- especially with those of you who have spiritual eyes and ears,\nand understand what is at stake.<\/span><\/b><\/o:p><\/p>\n\n

Anyway.....<\/span><\/b><\/span> Good Morning all you bright-eyed and bushy-tailed folks!<\/span><\/b><\/o:p><\/p>\n\n

The French Press is full and ready to pour, and the Expresso<\/span> Machine is brewing.  If you're ready for the\nbest cup of coffee you've had in a long time (maybe ever?) stop in and join me.<\/span><\/b><\/o:p><\/p>\n\n

It may already be obvious to most of you (if not all) that\nI am a Conservative when it comes to political philosophy.  On second\nthought, let's be clearer.  I am a Constitutional Conservative.  For\nthose of you Coffee Break readers in other nations, a "Constitutional Conservative"\nis simply someone who believes that our nation's founding fathers established a\nConstitution they intended as an anchor for this nation's future.  <\/span><\/o:p><\/p>\n\n

Our Constitution is not simply a "living\ndocument" subject to change according to the mores of future\ngenerations.  It is not simply the thoughts of our forefathers set on\npaper as a general guide to our nation's behavior and conduct among its\ncitizens, as well as our stance toward the world at large.<\/span><\/o:p><\/p>\n\n

The Constitution of the <\/span>United States<\/span><\/st1:place><\/st1:country-region> came into being over a span of several decades, being formed in\nand with the blood of American Patriots who believed <\/span>America<\/span><\/st1:place><\/st1:country-region> was a unique nation whose creation would serve as a model for\nfreedom-loving, God-fearing and God-loving people the world over.<\/span><\/o:p><\/p>\n\n

As I noted in the rather lengthy Coffee Break\nseries, <\/span>THE AMERICAN COVENANT<\/span><\/i><\/b>, our forefathers had a vision for a nation where the Gospel of\nJesus Christ would be freely preached, where people in all walks of life\n(including those serving in government) would have the liberty to share their\nfaith in Jesus Christ without restraint.<\/span><\/o:p><\/p>\n\n

Despite the rulings of several Supreme Courts where\nliberal, left-wing justices have attempted to diminish liberties of Christians\nunder the guise of "separation of church and state" -- a phrase which\nappears nowhere in our Constitution -- Americans have for more than 230 years\nenjoyed the freedom to worship and to express their faith in God and in the\nLord Jesus Christ as no other nation on earth.<\/span><\/o:p><\/p>\n\n

Within the past few years, however, Christians have seen\nencroachments on their freedoms, their liberties and their freedom of speech\nsuch as would absolutely horrify our founding fathers.  The efforts of\natheists and God-haters have been the continual drum-beat of a march against\nrighteousness and holiness.  There has been a collaborative and combined\neffort to liberalize (in the worst sense of the word) standards of behavior\nthat have stood the test of time for centuries and millennia.<\/span><\/o:p><\/p>\n\n

Homosexuals have sought to "normalize" aberrant\nbehavior and force an acceptance of their abominations on the 97 percent of\nsociety which lives heterosexually.  Worse, they've gained the support of\nleft-wing politicians and leaders in getting cities and states to pass laws\nallowing homosexuals and lesbians to "marry."  And it hasn't\nstopped there.<\/span><\/o:p><\/p>\n\n

California now has a law on the books making it a crime to\nspeak out against this deviant behavior, and efforts are underway in at least\ntwo states to criminalize preachers and church-leaders who use clearly-defined\nBiblical texts to define homosexual behavior as sin.  Efforts are underway\nin Congress to define as "hate-speech" and "hate-crimes"\ncommentary and actions which prohibit special favors or recognition for the\nso-called "gay" community.  Some are even trying to compel churches\nto hire people who live homosexual or lesbian lifestyles as teachers and\/or\nyouth leaders.<\/span><\/o:p><\/p>\n\n

The Internal Revenue Service has been being pushed to\nrescind the tax-exempt status of churches and religious organizations who speak\ntheir minds and convictions concerning the stances of various political\ncandidates.  Major news organizations have reported in the past few days\nthat a group of 33 pastors have decided to make the <\/span>IRS<\/span><\/st1:stockticker>'s effort a\nfederal case and push it to the Supreme Court.  The pastors have decided\nto defy the regulations denying them their right of free speech and speak out\nagainst certain candidates who support the wholesale of murder of unborn babies\nthrough various abortion procedures.  Some of them have taken very public\nstances against laws promoting or advancing extra rights and privileges for\nhomosexuals and lesbians.  This is a growing movement.  More and more\nChristians have decided to stand up and be counted -- no matter the cost -- and\nresist this demonic tide in the <\/span>U.S.<\/span><\/st1:place><\/st1:country-region><\/o:p><\/p>\n\n

Less than four weeks from now, we will be going to the\npolls to select a new President, Vice-President, 435 members of Congress and\n30-odd Senators.  Never has there been a more critical time for Christians\nto get out and vote.  Never has there been a more opportune time for\nbelievers to shape the coming years of our nation.  A recent <\/span>Gallup<\/span><\/st1:place><\/st1:City> survey\nsuggests that 57% of <\/span>U. S.<\/span><\/st1:place><\/st1:country-region> citizens consider themselves "evangelical,\nborn-again" Christians.  More than 75% of Americans quickly call\nthemselves "Christian."<\/span><\/o:p><\/p>\n\n

We are the majority, folks!  Christians -- born-again\nbelievers in Christ Jesus -- easily make up a majority of all voters in <\/span>America<\/span><\/st1:place><\/st1:country-region>.  For us not to bring in righteous change in this\nelectoral cycle will be to abdicate our responsibility as the body of Christ.<\/span><\/o:p><\/p>\n\n

Yet far too many Christians are being sucked into the\nmantra of "change" by the left, either because they are sick of the\nIraq War and just want to see it over, or because their standard of living has\nbeen impacted by the economic meltdown, or because the <\/span>MSM<\/span><\/st1:stockticker> has done such a\nthorough job of repeating lies about the current White House Administration and\nblaming it for all of America's ills, declaring that "change" -- any\nchange (!) -- "is better than what we've had."<\/span><\/o:p><\/p>\n\n

I'm the first to admit that the current administration has\nmade some wonderful boo-boos, not the least of which is their "Road Map to\nPeace" in the <\/span>Middle East<\/span><\/st1:place>.  Land for peace is a farce.  A "Two-State\nSolution," at least under the proposed concept, is nothing more and\nnothing less than an invitation to World War <\/span>III<\/span><\/st1:stockticker> and a holocaust\nthat will make Hitler's "Final Solution" look like child's play.<\/span><\/o:p><\/p>\n\n

Selling <\/span>Israel<\/span><\/st1:place><\/st1:country-region> down the river and compelling them to give away half of <\/span>Jerusalem<\/span><\/st1:place><\/st1:City> and a\nthird or more of their rightful land in order to have a co-existent "peaceful"\nneighbor in <\/span>Palestine<\/span><\/st1:place><\/st1:City> is the "Road Map to <\/span>America<\/span><\/st1:place><\/st1:country-region>'s Destruction."  As my childhood hero, Winston\nChurchill, was wont to say, "Peace at any price is no peace at all."<\/span><\/o:p><\/p>\n\n

Are you getting the picture, folks?<\/span><\/o:p><\/p>\n\n

Let me share with you a few news items you may not be\naware of.<\/span><\/o:p><\/p>\n\n

One of President Bush's advisors (and I'm trying to find\nhis name) discovered (or was advised of) a direct correlation between a series\nof 50+ natural and man-made disasters or catastrophes spanning the past several\nyears, and adverse decisions by the White House (including past\nadministrations) towards Israel, its defense, attempts to negotiate peace\nbetween Israel and the Palestinians, and efforts to compel Israel to give away\nits land in order to secure peace.<\/span><\/o:p><\/p>\n\n

Two days prior to Hurricane Ike striking the <\/span>Gulf<\/span><\/st1:PlaceType> <\/span>Coast<\/span><\/st1:PlaceType><\/st1:place>, President Bush denied a request from <\/span>Israel<\/span><\/st1:place><\/st1:country-region> for 1,000 bunker-busting bombs.  Whether those bombs were\nintended for a potential air strike against <\/span>Iran<\/span><\/st1:place><\/st1:country-region>'s nuclear facilities or for missile silos currently being built\nin the hills of southern <\/span>Lebanon<\/span><\/st1:place><\/st1:country-region> just across the border from <\/span>Israel<\/span><\/st1:place><\/st1:country-region> is unclear.  The fact is that the President denied <\/span>Israel<\/span><\/st1:place><\/st1:country-region>'s request under the pretext that it could inflame tensions\nbetween the Palestinians and <\/span>Israel<\/span><\/st1:place><\/st1:country-region> even more.<\/span><\/o:p><\/p>\n\n

Just as Hurricane Ike struck the coast, one of President\nBush's advisors went to him and showed him a direct correlation between just\nthe previous three disasters and adverse decisions he had made within 24-48\nhours prior to each disaster.  As Ike was coming ashore, President Bush\nreceived the warning and reversed himself, notifying the Israeli government\nthat the <\/span>U.S.<\/span><\/st1:place><\/st1:country-region> would sell them the bunker-busting bombs.  He also\nreversed an earlier decision denying them an advanced radar-warning system\ncapable of detecting something as small as a basketball being launched up to\n2900 miles away, agreeing instead to sell Israel that defense capability.<\/span><\/o:p><\/p>\n\n

My personal sense is that the damage from Ike was\nmitigated as a direct byproduct of his decision.  It could have been\nanother Katrina (which, by the way, also came directly on the heels of an\nadverse decision by the White House towards <\/span>Israel<\/span><\/st1:place><\/st1:country-region>) with a huge loss of life.  Though the damage from Ike was\nstill considerable, the loss of life was greatly diminished.<\/span><\/o:p><\/p>\n\n

Here's another news item.<\/span><\/o:p><\/p>\n\n

Thanks to a piece from Jim Bramlett<\/span>\n(former VP of <\/span>CBN<\/span><\/st1:stockticker> and longtime brother in the Lord) I contacted Washington-based\nDr. Flo<\/span> Ellers<\/span>, who travels\nin evangelistic and prophetic ministry.  Flo<\/span> was\npresent in a <\/span>Portland<\/span><\/st1:place><\/st1:City> home-meeting in August where Bree<\/span> Keyton<\/span> (a Kansas City-based evangelist) was sharing shortly\nafter Bree<\/span> returned from <\/span>Mombassa<\/span><\/st1:City>, <\/span>Kenya<\/span><\/st1:country-region><\/st1:place>.  Flo<\/span> provided me with a\nrecording of the gathering in which Bree<\/span> shared how\nshe had been in the Obama<\/span> household in <\/span>Kenya<\/span><\/st1:place><\/st1:country-region>, and Bree<\/span> subsequently pointed me to\nsome videos of her sharing.<\/span><\/o:p><\/p>\n\n

Barack<\/span><\/span> Obama<\/span> was born in Mombassa, (there is\nreportedly a record and registry of his birth in Mombassa) and an incantation\nspoken over him (and his cousin, Odinga<\/span>) by the local\nwitches and warlocks declared that he and his cousin would both become the\nleaders of their nations.  (Odinga<\/span> has been\nfighting against <\/span>Kenya<\/span><\/st1:place><\/st1:country-region>'s current Christian president and seeking the presidency for\nhimself.  Bree<\/span> says -- and local elders attest\nto it -- he has made a pact with Satan.)<\/span><\/o:p><\/p>\n\n

Obama's<\/span><\/span> record of birth is currently being contested in <\/span>Federal District Court<\/span><\/st1:address><\/st1:Street> in <\/span>Philadelphia<\/span><\/st1:place><\/st1:City> (<\/span>John Christian Dyer, <\/span>October 3, 2008<\/span><\/st1:date>, www.NewswithViews.com<\/a><\/span>), and Federal Judge R. Barclay Surrick<\/span>,\nwho has ordered Obama<\/span> to produce a "vault\ncopy" of his birth certificate.  That's not the primary issue,\nhowever, where we're calling for prayer.  As Bree<\/span>\nKeyton<\/span> visited the homes of the elders in Mombassa,\nthey told her the witches, warlocks and Satan-worshipers arise every morning at\n<\/span>3:00 AM<\/span><\/st1:time> to pronounce curses against John McCain and Sarah Palin<\/span> so that Barack<\/span> Obama<\/span> will be elected.<\/span><\/o:p><\/p>\n\n

They also told Bree<\/span> that in\nJanuary of this year, Obama<\/span> visited his tribe and\nhome.  He went to every elder's home where they have a shrine to worship\ntheir "genie" and asked them for their blessing on his presidential\ncampaign.  Barack<\/span> Obama's<\/span>\ngrandmother sacrificed a black and white chicken to the "goddess of the\nriver" so both blacks and whites would love him and vote for him.<\/span><\/o:p><\/p>\n\n

Finally, Bree<\/span> Keyton<\/span> said that those who practice their occult chants and\nspells regularly "weave lazy 8's" around McCain's mind in order to\nbring confusion to him as he travels about and campaigns.<\/span><\/o:p><\/p>\n\n

If you haven't gotten the message before, you should by\nnow!  People, it's time for believers in Jesus Christ to exercise the\nspiritual authority they have in prayer and intercession!  It's time for\nthe sons of God to stand up and be counted!<\/span><\/o:p><\/p>\n\n

The fate of <\/span>America<\/span><\/st1:place><\/st1:country-region> hangs in the balance with this election as never before. \nWe have the authority in the realm of the Spirit to ensure that our electoral\nprocess is not manipulated by evil spirits and an outcome determined by ruling\ndemonic spirits (principalities: Ephesians 6).<\/span><\/o:p><\/p>\n\n

As the apostle Paul wrote, <\/span>"Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him\na name which is above every name: That at the name of Jesus every knee should\nbow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; And\nthat every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God\nthe Father."<\/span><\/i><\/b>  (Philippians 2:9-11)<\/span><\/o:p><\/p>\n\n

It IS at the name of Jesus -- the <\/span>onoma<\/span><\/i><\/span>: the character,\nthe power, the authority, the very essence of who Jesus is -- that these wicked\nspirits MUST bow; and WE must exercise that name above the names of these\nwicked spirits.<\/span><\/o:p><\/p>\n\n

In our next Coffee Break, I'll share with you some\npersonal experiences in the realm of spiritual warfare and the results of\ntaking specific authority over curses.<\/span><\/o:p><\/p>\n\n

Proverbs 26:2 tells us that, <\/span>"As the bird by wandering, as the swallow by flying, so the\ncurse causeless shall not come."<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/o:p><\/p>\n\n

The point of this Word is that a curse can be caused by\ninaction on the part of God's people.  There is absolutely NOTHING in\nGod's economy that is automatic.  Every Word, every promise, every piece\nof the Covenant to which we are entitled requires our participation.  We\nmust agree with the Word.  We must command God's Word.  It is an\nabsolute necessity for it to come out of our mouths for it to be\nactivated.  If we stand by idly and just "let" things happen, we\nare as guilty as those who initiate evil.<\/span><\/o:p><\/p>\n\n

The Scripture tells us that both Father and Son have done\nall they are going to do.  Hebrews 10:12-13 tell us, <\/span>"But this man, after he had offered one sacrifice for sins\nfor ever, sat down on the right hand of God; From henceforth expecting till his\nenemies be made his footstool."<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/o:p><\/p>\n\n

We're the ones who accomplish that!  If we don't do\nthe commanding, nothing is going to get done.  If we don't take the\nauthority given us by and through Jesus Christ with His anointing, the enemy\nliterally gets away with murder.  If we don't defeat the trickery, the\ndeception, the lies and the treachery of Satan, he just goes on with his\nroutine day after day after day after day.  It is up to us to stop him.<\/span><\/o:p><\/p>\n\n

It is up to us to stop the curses coming against John\nMcCain and Sarah Palin<\/span>.  We simply cannot stand\nby and allow these demonic efforts to succeed.  The point is that Satan is\nan absolute pipsqueak whose power is so far beneath that of believing\nChristians there is just no comparison.  <\/span><\/o:p><\/p>\n\n

Will you help me do that between now and November 4th?<\/span><\/o:p><\/p>\n\n

You and I have a rendezvous with destiny. We have been\ninstructed to pray, <\/span>"Thy Kingdom come, Thy\nWill be done on earth as it is in Heaven."<\/span><\/i><\/b> <\/span> We\nare the implementers of His Will on earth, and unless we implement it in\nprayer, in intercession, and by putting feet to our prayers by voting on\nelection day, we're not much good as representatives of His Kingdom.<\/span><\/o:p><\/p>\n\n

That said, make sure you pray.  Then vote in\naccordance with the Word of God.  Then keep on praying!<\/span><\/o:p><\/p>\n\n

"Our own Country's Honor, all call upon us for a\nvigorous and manly exertion, and if we now shamefully fail, we shall become\ninfamous to the whole world. Let us therefore rely upon the goodness of the\nCause, and the aid of the Supreme Being, in whose hands Victory is, to animate\nand encourage us to great and noble Actions - The Eyes of all our Countrymen\nare now upon us, and we shall have their blessings, and praises, if happily we\nare the instruments of saving them from the Tyranny mediated against them.
