explore in the Psalm 23 Adventure, so let\u2019s take a break\ntoday and talk about something totally unrelated.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n\n<p class=MsoNormal style='line-height:normal'><b style='mso-bidi-font-weight:\nnormal'><span style='font-size:13.0pt;font-family:\"Book Antiqua\",\"serif\";\ncolor:#984806;mso-themecolor:accent6;mso-themeshade:128'>Anyway, Great day in\nthe mornin\u2019, y\u2019all!<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>\u00a0 <\/span>TGIF, right?<span\nstyle='mso-spacerun:yes'>\u00a0 <\/span>Nahhh.<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>\u00a0\n<\/span>Fridays are about as busy as any other day of the week \u2013 and just as\nenjoyable.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n\n<p class=MsoNormal style='line-height:normal'><b style='mso-bidi-font-weight:\nnormal'><span style='font-size:13.0pt;font-family:\"Book Antiqua\",\"serif\";\ncolor:#984806;mso-themecolor:accent6;mso-themeshade:128'>Anyway, even though\nI\u2019ve got my cup of coffee ready for this morning\u2019s discussion, Della\u2019s in the\nkitchen brewing up some kind of combo of black and green teas that she likes to\ntake to the office.<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>\u00a0 <\/span>Not too bad,\nactually.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n\n<p class=MsoNormal style='line-height:normal'><b style='mso-bidi-font-weight:\nnormal'><span style='font-size:13.0pt;font-family:\"Book Antiqua\",\"serif\";\ncolor:#984806;mso-themecolor:accent6;mso-themeshade:128'>Got your cup poured,\nyet?<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>\u00a0 <\/span>Pull up a chair, and let\u2019s get this\nday Antiqua\",\"serif\"'>Take\none more example: Paul says (in Galatians 5:2-3),<\/span><span style='font-size:\n13.0pt;font-family:\"Garamond\",\"serif\"'> <\/span><span style='font-size:13.0pt;\nfont-family:\"Bernard MT Condensed\",\"serif\";color:#C00000'>&quot;If ye be\ncircumcised, Christ shall profit you nothing!&quot;<span\nstyle='mso-spacerun:yes'>\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><span style='font-size:13.0pt;\nfont-family:\"Book Antiqua\",\"serif\"'>In Acts 16:3, however, we are told,<\/span><span\nstyle='font-size:13.0pt;font-family:\"Garamond\",\"serif\"'> <\/span><span\nstyle='font-size:13.0pt;font-family:\"Bernard MT Condensed\",\"serif\";color:#C00000'>&quot;Him\n(Timothy) would Paul have to go forth with him, and took and circumcised him\nbecause of those Jews which were in those quarters....&quot;<\/span><span\nstyle='font-size:13.0pt;font-family:\"Garamond\",\"serif\"'><o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p class=MsoNormal style='margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height:\nnormal'><span style='font-size:13.0pt;font-family:\"Book Antiqua\",\"serif\"'>It\nalmost sounds hypocritical, doesn't it?<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>\u00a0\n<\/span>What's the problem?<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p class=MsoNormal style='margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height:\nnormal'><span style='font-size:13.0pt;font-family:\"Book Antiqua\",\"serif\"'><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p class=MsoNormal style='margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height:\nnormal'><span style='font-size:13.0pt;font-family:\"Book Antiqua\",\"serif\"'>There\nisn\u2019t a problem!<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>\u00a0 <\/span>The first statement is\na principle in Christ which deals with living by the Law instead of living in\nthe grace of Jesus Christ.<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>\u00a0 <\/span>The second is\na policy issue which addresses tradition and follows Paul\u2019s lifetime of <\/span><span\nstyle='font-size:13.0pt;font-family:\"Bernard MT Condensed\",\"serif\";color:#C00000'>\u201cbeing\nall things to all men in order that I may win some.\u201d <o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p class=MsoNormal style='margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height:\nnormal'><span style='font-size:13.0pt;font-family:\"Garamond\",\"serif\"'><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p class=MsoNormal style='margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height:\nnormal'><span style='font-size:13.0pt;font-family:\"Book Antiqua\",\"serif\"'>In\nthe instance of Timothy\u2019s circumcision, he had a group of Jews so bound by\ntradition that they couldn\u2019t hear the truth because Timothy hadn\u2019t been\ncircumcised.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p class=MsoNormal style='margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height:\nnormal'><span style='font-size:13.0pt;font-family:\"Book Antiqua\",\"serif\"'><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p class=MsoNormal style='margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height:\nnormal'><span style='font-size:13.0pt;font-family:\"Book Antiqua\",\"serif\"'>Accordingly,\nPaul took Timothy and circumcised him \u2013 not to meet the requirements of the\nLaw, but so that he would not have to fight against the deafness of tradition.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p class=MsoNormal style='margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height:\nnormal'><span style='font-size:13.0pt;font-family:\"Book Antiqua\",\"serif\"'><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p class=MsoNormal style='margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height:\nnormal'><span style='font-size:13.0pt;font-family:\"Book Antiqua\",\"serif\"'>Timothy\u2019s\ncircumcision didn\u2019t make him more Holy.<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>\u00a0\n<\/span>It just allowed Paul and Timothy to momentarily circumvent Jewish\ntradition long enough that the Jews would hear the word of the Lord.<span\nstyle='mso-spacerun:yes'>\u00a0 <\/span>The issue \u2013 again \u2013 was \u201cTime.\u201d<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p class=MsoNormal style='margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height:\nnormal'><span style='font-size:13.0pt;font-family:\"Book Antiqua\",\"serif\"'><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p class=MsoNormal style='margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height:\nnormal'><span style='font-size:13.0pt;font-family:\"Book Antiqua\",\"serif\"'>One\nof the Ten Commandments given was, <\/span><span style='font-size:13.0pt;\nfont-family:\"Bernard MT Condensed\",\"serif\";color:#C00000'>\u201cThou shalt not\nkill.\u201d<\/span><span style='font-size:13.0pt;font-family:\"Book Antiqua\",\"serif\";\ncolor:#C00000'><span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><span\nstyle='font-size:13.0pt;font-family:\"Book Antiqua\",\"serif\"'>Yet the Lord\nclearly instructed <st1:country-region w:st=\"on\">Israel<\/st1:country-region> to\nkill and to destroy the seven nations that occupied <st1:place w:st=\"on\">Canaan<\/st1:place>.<span\nstyle='mso-spacerun:yes'>\u00a0 <\/span>Why?<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>\u00a0\n<\/span>Because they were carrying out God\u2019s righteous judgment against nations\nand peoples that had risen up against Him.<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>\u00a0\n<\/span>This is but one example.<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>\u00a0 <\/span>There\nare examples of God commanding His people at different times throughout history\nto break many of the Ten Commandments.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p class=MsoNormal style='margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height:\nnormal'><span style='font-size:13.0pt;font-family:\"Book Antiqua\",\"serif\"'><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p class=MsoNormal style='line-height:normal'><span style='font-size:13.0pt;\nfont-family:\"Book Antiqua\",\"serif\"'>It is baffling to the person who wants\nabsolutes, who wants there to be a set of unchanging rules and conditions by\nwhich they can adjudge and adjudicate their own righteousness; but God doesn\u2019t\nwork that way!<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>\u00a0 <\/span>The Law was established\nfor a people who had a slave mentality as a means to demonstrate the\nrighteousness of God and to portray a pathway to relationship with the Lord.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p class=MsoNormal style='line-height:normal'><span style='font-size:13.0pt;\nfont-family:\"Book Antiqua\",\"serif\"'>It was a photograph in words.<span\nstyle='mso-spacerun:yes'>\u00a0 <\/span>It incorporated both vertical relationship (with\nGod) and horizontal relationship (with those who were a part of one\u2019s daily\nlife and existence).<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>\u00a0 <\/span>The apparent\nimpossibility of the Law was remedied at the Cross in and with Jesus, and is\nclearly foretold in the Law by virtue of the vertical commands and the\nhorizontal commands.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p class=MsoNormal style='line-height:normal'><span style='font-size:13.0pt;\nfont-family:\"Book Antiqua\",\"serif\"'>One of the problems in the world today \u2013\nand especially among people whose concept of God is religious rather than\nrighteous \u2013 is that men and women continue to try to measure their rightness by\nthe Law and the keeping of it, rather than by having a personal and intimate\nrelationship with Jesus Christ.<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>\u00a0 <\/span>The\neffort to measure \u201crightness\u201d is a futile attempt to become \u201cjudge and jury\u201d\nand take the Law into human hands.<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>\u00a0 <\/span>The\nLaw of God is not a measure of righteousness, nor is it something than can\nutilized by men to serve their own ends.<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>\u00a0\n<\/span>The Law of God is a pattern of living written into the tables of men\u2019s\nhearts by and through the Holy Spirit.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p class=MsoNormal style='line-height:normal'><span style='font-size:13.0pt;\nfont-family:\"Book Antiqua\",\"serif\"'>\u201cTime\u201d is probably one of the most dominant\nfactors in dealing with apparent contradictions in God\u2019s Word.<span\nstyle='mso-spacerun:yes'>\u00a0 <\/span>What God instructs us to do today, He may\ninstruct us to avoid tomorrow.<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>\u00a0 <\/span>Neither\nis a contradiction.<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>\u00a0 <\/span>It is \u2013 simply \u2013\nthat God has a timetable in which He is working out His purposes among men; and\nto try and apply today what He said yesterday, or view what He says tomorrow as\ncontradictory to what He said today, is pure foolishness.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p class=MsoNormal style='line-height:normal'><span style='font-size:13.0pt;\nfont-family:\"Book Antiqua\",\"serif\"'>The best illustration I can give is that of\nchildren.<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>\u00a0 <\/span>There were things I carefully\ninstructed my children NOT to do when they were four and five years of age\nbecause it would have been harmful to them.<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>\u00a0\n<\/span>They were not of reasoning age and were incapable of understanding the\nconsequences of their actions.<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>\u00a0 <\/span>At the\nsame time, I encourage them to do some of those things today because they are\nmature enough to make the appropriate decisions.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p class=MsoNormal style='line-height:normal'><span style='font-size:13.0pt;\nfont-family:\"Book Antiqua\",\"serif\"'>The same is true in the life of every\nBeliever in Jesus Christ.<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>\u00a0 <\/span>What He\ninstructs to avoid at one point in our relationship, he allows and even\nencourages at another point because of the change He has wrought in our relationship\nwith Him.<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>\u00a0 <\/span>Does that mean that the Lord\ncontradicts Himself?<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>\u00a0 <\/span>Of course not!<span\nstyle='mso-spacerun:yes'>\u00a0 <\/span>It means that we are constantly growing and\nchanging in the dynamic of our relationship with Him; and as we grow, more is\nrevealed, and things once hidden in darkness are now clearly perceived.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p class=MsoNormal style='line-height:normal'><span style='font-size:13.0pt;\nfont-family:\"Book Antiqua\",\"serif\"'>Finally, let me address a claim to two\nother supposed contradictions.<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>\u00a0 <\/span>In Exodus\n33:11, we are told that <\/span><span style='font-size:13.0pt;font-family:\"Bernard MT Condensed\",\"serif\";\ncolor:#C00000'>\u2026\u201dthe Lord spake unto Moses face to face, as a man speaketh to a\nfriend.\u201d <\/span><span style='font-size:13.0pt;font-family:\"Book Antiqua\",\"serif\";\ncolor:#C00000'><span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span\nstyle='font-size:13.0pt;font-family:\"Book Antiqua\",\"serif\"'>The Hebrew word for\n\u201cface\u201d is<\/span><span style='font-size:13.0pt;font-family:\"Garamond\",\"serif\"'> <\/span><b\nstyle='mso-bidi-font-weight:normal'><i style='mso-bidi-font-style:normal'><span\nstyle='font-size:13.0pt;font-family:\"Gourmand\",\"serif\";color:#002060'>\u201c<span\nstyle='mso-bidi-font-style:italic'>paniym<\/span>\u201d <\/span><\/i><\/b><span\nstyle='font-size:13.0pt;font-family:\"Garamond\",\"serif\"'>\u2013 <\/span><span\nstyle='font-size:13.0pt;font-family:\"Book Antiqua\",\"serif\"'>a word which is\nused both literally and metaphorically in Scripture.<span\nstyle='mso-spacerun:yes'>\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>It is used as a picture, as are all Hebrew\nwords.<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>\u00a0 <\/span>Let me explain.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p class=MsoNormal style='line-height:normal'><span style='font-size:13.0pt;\nfont-family:\"Book Antiqua\",\"serif\"'><span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>\u00a0<\/span>Both\nthe Hebrew and Greek languages are the only two languages in the world which\nare \u201cpicture\u201d languages.<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>\u00a0 <\/span>A single word\nin either language conveys a multitude of pictures in order to bring meaning\nand understanding to that which is being communicated.<span\nstyle='mso-spacerun:yes'>\u00a0 <\/span>At the same time, both languages are the only\ntwo with mathematical and numerical equivalents for each word or phrase.<span\nstyle='mso-spacerun:yes'>\u00a0 <\/span>With this unique characteristic, there are\nsome extraordinary proofs of Divine authorship that can be easily demonstrated.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p class=MsoNormal style='line-height:normal'><span style='font-size:13.0pt;\nfont-family:\"Book Antiqua\",\"serif\"'>For example, if you take the very first\nletter of the very first verse of Genesis, Chapter 1, move to the 26<sup>th<\/sup>\nHebrew letter in succession, and every 26<sup>th<\/sup> letter thereafter, you\nwill find YHWH, the Hebrew symbol and word for \u201cYahweh\u201d (or God) spelled out 50\ntimes in succession.<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>\u00a0 <\/span>If you understand\nthe symbolic nature of numbers as they are attributed to God the Father, God\nthe Son, and God the Holy Spirit in the Hebrew as well as the Greek, you know\nthat 7\u2019s represent the Father, 8\u2019s represent the Son, and 9\u2019s represent the\nHoly Spirit.<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>\u00a0 <\/span>Assembled in triads (or\n3\u2019s), they represent the unity of the Triune God.<span\nstyle='mso-spacerun:yes'>\u00a0 <\/span>Thus, whenever you find the authorship of God\nthe Father in Scripture, you can identify exactly who is speaking by the\nmathematical value of certain phrases.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p class=MsoNormal style='line-height:normal'><span style='font-size:13.0pt;\nfont-family:\"Book Antiqua\",\"serif\"'>I just talked about this a few days ago\nwith some friends, but for the sake of this discussion, if the Father is\nspeaking, the mathematical value of the phrase or command is almost certainly\n777 or a multiple (or derivative) thereof.<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>\u00a0\n<\/span>If Jesus is speaking, the mathematical value is 888 or a multiple (or\nderivative) thereof, and 999 is the evidence of the Holy Spirit\u2019s authorship.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p class=MsoNormal style='line-height:normal'><span style='font-size:13.0pt;\nfont-family:\"Book Antiqua\",\"serif\"'>In Genesis Chapter 1, when you break out\nthe phrase,<\/span><span style='font-size:13.0pt;font-family:\"Garamond\",\"serif\"'>\n<\/span><span Antiqua\",\"serif\"'> is both literal\nand metaphorical.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p class=MsoNormal style='line-height:normal'><span style='font-size:13.0pt;\nfont-family:\"Book Antiqua\",\"serif\"'>In its literal usage, it can be translated\nas \u201cface\u201d in the conventional sense, and most translators do not take the time\nto distinguish between its literal and metaphoric usage.<span\nstyle='mso-spacerun:yes'>\u00a0 <\/span>Metaphorically, <\/span><b style='mso-bidi-font-weight:\nnormal'><i><span style='font-size:13.0pt;font-family:\"Gourmand\",\"serif\";\ncolor:#002060'>paniym<\/span><\/i><\/b><span style='font-size:13.0pt;font-family:\n\"Book Antiqua\",\"serif\"'> is used to describe \u201cpresence\u201d, but in the sense of <\/span><b\nstyle='mso-bidi-font-weight:normal'><i><span style='font-size:13.0pt;\nfont-family:\"Gourmand\",\"serif\";color:#002060'>onoma<\/span><\/i><\/b><span\nstyle='font-size:13.0pt;font-family:\"Book Antiqua\",\"serif\"'> (or to use the\nHebrew word, <\/span><b style='mso-bidi-font-weight:normal'><i><span\nstyle='font-size:13.0pt;font-family:\"Gourmand\",\"serif\";color:#002060'>shem<\/span><\/i><\/b><span\nstyle='font-size:13.0pt;font-family:\"Book Antiqua\",\"serif\"'>).<span\nstyle='mso-spacerun:yes'>\u00a0 <\/span>Used this way, the word describes one\u2019s\nessence, their character, their makeup, the essence of who they are.<span\nstyle='mso-spacerun:yes'>\u00a0 <\/span>The Hebrew scribes were usually quite careful\nto denote the metaphorical use with a \u201cdiacritical\u201d or \u201cbreathing\u201d mark next to\na word or letter to separate its metaphorical usage from the literal.<span\nstyle='mso-spacerun:yes'>\u00a0 <\/span><o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p class=MsoNormal style='line-height:normal'><span style='font-size:13.0pt;\nfont-family:\"Book Antiqua\",\"serif\"'>This is no exception.<span\nstyle='mso-spacerun:yes'>\u00a0 <\/span>In this case, they used <\/span><b\nstyle='mso-bidi-font-weight:normal'><i><span style='font-size:13.0pt;\nfont-family:\"Gourmand\",\"serif\";color:#002060'>paniym<\/span><\/i><\/b><span\nstyle='font-size:13.0pt;font-family:\"Book Antiqua\",\"serif\"'> to denote the\npresence of God, and it could be rendered from the Hebrew thus:<\/span><span\nstyle='font-size:13.0pt;font-family:\"Garamond\",\"serif\"'> <\/span><span\nstyle='font-size:13.0pt;font-family:\"Bernard MT Condensed\",\"serif\";color:#C00000'>\u201cAnd\nthe Lord spake unto Moses <span style='mso-bidi-font-style:italic'>presence<\/span>\nto <span style='mso-bidi-font-style:italic'>presence<\/span>, as a man speaketh\nunto his friend.\u201d<\/span><span style='font-size:13.0pt;font-family:\"Garamond\",\"serif\"'><span\nstyle='mso-spacerun:yes'>\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><span style='font-size:13.0pt;\nfont-family:\"Book Antiqua\",\"serif\"'>It describes a situation in which God\nallowed Himself to be seen by Moses, and spoke to him in his physical presence\nwithout actually allowing Moses to see the features of his face.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p class=MsoNormal style='line-height:normal'><span style='font-size:13.0pt;\nfont-family:\"Book Antiqua\",\"serif\"'>It is borne out afterward beginning in\nverse 21 of Exodus 33,<\/span><span style='font-size:13.0pt;font-family:\"Garamond\",\"serif\"'>\n<\/span><span style='font-size:13.0pt;font-family:\"Bernard MT Condensed\",\"serif\";\ncolor:#C00000'>\u201cAnd the Lord said, \u2018Behold there is a place by me, and thou\nshalt stand upon a rock: and it shall come to pass, while my glory passeth by,\nthat I will put thee in a cleft of the rock, and will cover thee with my hand\nwhile I pass by; and I will take away mine hand, and thou shalt see my back\nparts: but my face shalt not be seen<\/span><span style='font-size:13.0pt;\nfont-family:\"Book Antiqua\",\"serif\";color:#C00000'>.\u201d <\/span><span\nstyle='font-size:13.0pt;font-family:\"Book Antiqua\",\"serif\"'><span\nstyle='mso-spacerun:yes'>\u00a0<\/span>In verses 20 and 23, <\/span><b\nstyle='mso-bidi-font-weight:normal'><i><span style='font-size:13.0pt;\nfont-family:\"Gourmand\",\"serif\";color:#002060'>paniym<\/span><\/i><\/b><span\nstyle='font-size:13.0pt;font-family:\"Book Antiqua\",\"serif\"'> has no diacritical\nmark, and is therefore used literally.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p class=MsoNormal style='line-height:normal'><span style='font-size:13.0pt;\nfont-family:\"Book Antiqua\",\"serif\"'>Finally, with respect to a question raised\nconcerning Michal, the daughter of Saul, if you take another look at 2 Samuel\n6:23, you can see that this is in specific reference to her marriage to\nDavid.<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>\u00a0 <\/span>David refused to allow Michal to\nhave any children by him because of her accusations and verbal attacks on his\nphysical displays of praise and worship.<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>\u00a0\n<\/span>So keen was David\u2019s sensitivity towards the Lord, and so instilled was\nDavid with the need to have public ministry in praise and worship to the Lord\nthat he took Michal\u2019s accusations as an affront to the Lord.<span\nstyle='mso-spacerun:yes'>\u00a0 <\/span>Because of that affront, he would not\ntolerate the idea of Michal having children by him \u2013 children who would come\ninto this world with that spirit he saw in her.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p class=MsoNormal style='line-height:normal'><span style='font-size:13.0pt;\nfont-family:\"Book Antiqua\",\"serif\"'>The reference to Michal\u2019s five children in\n2 Samuel 21:8 are specifically identified as the children of Adriel, the son of\nBarzillai, whom she had been given to by Saul (as a personal slap in the face\nto David) while David was on the run for his life.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p class=MsoNormal style='line-height:normal'><span style='font-size:13.0pt;\nfont-family:\"Book Antiqua\",\"serif\"'>Michal had no children by David all the\ndays of her life, and David refused to continue normal marital relations with\nher following her false accusations against him.<span\nstyle='mso-spacerun:yes'>\u00a0 <\/span>The statement in 2 Samuel 6:23 that \u201cMichal\nhad no child unto the day of her death\u201d was, therefore, a true and\nnon-contradictory statement when viewed from the perspective in which it was\nmade.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p class=MsoNormal style='line-height:normal'><span style='font-size:13.0pt;\nfont-family:\"Book Antiqua\",\"serif\"'>Sorry to be so windy.<span\nstyle='mso-spacerun:yes'>\u00a0 <\/span>I tend to get a bit carried away when this\nsubject comes up, and over the years, I\u2019m sure I\u2019ve been hit with just about\nevery alleged contradiction people think exists in Scripture.<span\nstyle='mso-spacerun:yes'>\u00a0 <\/span>I was at Saint Paul Island filling in for my\nfather in the mid-1980\u2019s when someone really tried to clobber me with a host of\nsupposed contradictions, so I made a point beginning then to clearly document\nand demonstrate that any apparent contradictions are the illusions of those who\nneither know the Lord, nor His Word.<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>\u00a0 <\/span>The\naccusers generally rely instead on the errors of the unlearned as the basis for\ntheir allegations.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p class=MsoNormal style='line-height:normal'><span style='font-size:13.0pt;\nfont-family:\"Book Antiqua\",\"serif\"'>If one is really on a trek for truth, the\nLord is going to bring him or her there.<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>\u00a0\n<\/span>Trying to find error in God\u2019s word is humorous.<span\nstyle='mso-spacerun:yes'>\u00a0 <\/span>I often say that person is in the grasp of the\nHoly Spirit, and the Lord is going to unveil truth to him or her in the most\nunexpected ways.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p class=MsoNormal style='margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height:\nnormal;mso-pagination:none'><span style='font-size:13.0pt;font-family:\"Book Antiqua\",\"serif\"'>How\u2019s\nthat for a way to begin your
