RULING AND REIGNING\r\nWITH GOD<\/o:p><\/span><\/b><\/p>\r\n\r\n

Part 9<\/o:p><\/span><\/b><\/p>\r\n\r\n

\u00a0<\/o:p><\/span><\/b><\/p>\r\n\r\n

September 25, 2020<\/o:p><\/span><\/b><\/p>\r\n\r\n

\u00a0<\/o:p><\/span><\/b><\/p>\r\n\r\n

Before we continue with last week\u2019s narrative, prepare\r\nyourself for a series of legal actions which must, of necessity, have preceded\r\nJesus\u2019 horrendous beatings, his subsequent crucifixion and ultimate\r\nresurrection. <\/span>The entire picture that\r\nI\u2019m trying to lay out in what I\u2019m sharing as \u201cIt is Finished\u201d is a series of\r\nactions necessary for the Universal Court in Heaven. <\/span>Jesus was already \u201cthe Lamb that was slain\r\nbefore the foundations of the earth,\u201d but now it was necessary to fulfil from\r\nlegal and practical standpoint. <\/span>All of\r\nthis was purposed before the first words of Creation were spoken, but now it\r\nwas being acted out in reality!<\/span><\/b><\/p>\r\n

\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n

We pick up again where we left off last week.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\r\n

\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n

This\r\npursuit of knowledge would lead men and women to prison. <\/span>It would bring a curse upon the human\r\nrace. <\/span>It would lead them into servitude\r\nto the very being who enticed Adam and Eve -- to the one who tricked them into\r\ntrading the Tree of Life, and \r\n<\/span>intimate <\/span>relationship with the\r\nLord for the momentary pleasure of eating of the fruit of the Tree of\r\nKnowledge: <\/span>Satan himself.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n

Yet,\r\nthe Lord had a Plan. <\/span>This Plan rested on\r\na series of events which now must occur in clockwork fashion.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n

(1)<\/span><\/b>The\r\nCourt of the Universe must be assembled.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n

(2)<\/span><\/b>A\r\ntrial must be called.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n

(3)<\/span><\/b>Satan\r\nmust be put on notice that he was to be tried in this Universal Court for\r\ndeceiving and leading men into bondage.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n

(4)<\/span><\/b>He\r\nmust be tried for the murder of every member of the human race, since he was\r\nresponsible for <\/span>introducing the deadly\r\n\"knowledge <\/span>virus\" into\r\nman's <\/span>genetic structure.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n

(5)<\/span><\/b>His\r\nhold upon the human race must be broken so that men and women could once again\r\nchoose an intimate relationship with the Lord, free of any penalties of the\r\nLaw.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n

(6)<\/span><\/b>Since\r\nAdam and Eve had chosen \"knowledge\" over the intimate relationship\r\nthey had known with the Lord, it would be necessary to enact \"laws\"\r\n-- <\/span>universal laws -- upon the earth. <\/span>(Laws, you see, and \"knowledge,\" go\r\nhand in hand. <\/span>Those who choose knowledge\r\nwill always be bound by the law.)<\/span><\/p>\r\n

\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n

(7)<\/span><\/b>Events\r\nmust be shaped in such a way that even in the presence of \"law,\"\r\nthere must be an opportunity for people to choose that relationship with the\r\nLord. <\/span><\/p>\r\n

\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n

(8)<\/span><\/b>A\r\npeople must be selected from among men who would exemplify for all to see, the\r\ndesire of the Lord for intimate relationship and fellowship.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n

(9)<\/span><\/b>To\r\nthis chosen people, a Law must be given which would, first and foremost,\r\ndemonstrate that the \"Law\" was only a shadow of the reality. <\/span>That Law must provide this people the opportunity\r\nto love the Lord and choose Him above all other gods. <\/span>This Law must be a living <\/span>illustration of the choices, and opportunity\r\nto choose, between The Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil and The Tree of\r\nLife.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n

(10)<\/span><\/b>This\r\nelect people must have a visible representation in their midst of how they\r\ncould, without complexity or fanfare, depart from the \"shadow\" and\r\nenter into a place of intimate relationship with the Lord. <\/span>That representation must be a visible\r\nmetaphor which would depict the relationship in terms that mankind could relate\r\nto -- love, romance, and marriage. <\/span><\/p>\r\n

\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n

The\r\nrepresentation would simply be a tent: a \u201ctabernacle\u201d with three specific\r\ndivisions depicting the realm of the flesh, the realm of the soul and mind, and\r\nthe realm of the spirit.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n

(11)<\/span><\/b>Satan\r\nwould become a legal expert. <\/span>He would\r\nargue that there was no provision within the Law for slaves. <\/span>He would further argue that since Adam and\r\nEve had willingly given themselves over to him, they had become his\r\nslaves. <\/span>The argument would be extended\r\nto include the fact that all children born to slaves are the property of the\r\nslave master. <\/span>Since slaves are property,\r\nand not human beings with the rights of human beings, they cannot contest any\r\naction he takes.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n

(12)<\/span><\/b>\r\nHe would next argue that since slaves are property they have no legal status\r\nunder the law. <\/span>Their deaths, therefore,\r\ncould not be classified as murder since a slave master may do anything he\r\nchooses with his property. <\/span>Since there\r\nwas no human being with legal rights under the law -- as far as Satan's\r\nactivities were concerned -- there was no one to testify against him in the\r\nUniversal Court.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n

(13)<\/span><\/b> <\/span>This would obviate the need for a member of\r\nthe human race to be born without being subject to the Slave master.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n

(14)<\/span><\/b> <\/span>It would become necessary, therefore, for\r\nsome kind of divine intervention since any member of the human race born in the\r\nnatural course of affairs would have the curse of slavery passed down through\r\nand by means of the human genome. <\/span>One\r\nmust be born to the human race, and then resist and refuse any and all gestures\r\nof Satan which could place that One under his domination.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n

(15)<\/span><\/b>That\r\nOne born to the human race must then stand up and testify in the Universal\r\nCourt against Satan.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n

(16)<\/span><\/b> <\/span>Since the whole purpose of Creation, from day\r\none, was to bring to the place of being a people -- a Bride -- who would\r\nwillingly choose the Lord above their own desires and needs, and above all\r\nother gods, it now became the logical choice that the Bridegroom Himself, the\r\nLord Jesus Christ, should become that member of the human race who would become\r\nthe first witness against Satan. <\/span>He\r\nwould, therefore, have to be born into the human race in a manner which would\r\neliminate the genetic curse, and yet qualify him in the forensic of law of any\r\noffense unless there were at least two or more witnesses to testify to the\r\nguilt of the one being tried. <\/span>This would\r\nnecessitate that some additional course of action be determined which would\r\nallow other members of the human race to be set free from both the curse of the\r\nlaw, and from bondage to the Slave master.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n

(18)<\/span><\/b>This,\r\nthen, would be the trap that Satan would fall into. <\/span>He would stir up the religious people among\r\nthe <\/span>Pharisees and Sadducees, and cause\r\nthem to conspire with one of Jesus' closest friends and allies, Judas\r\nIscariot. <\/span>Judas would betray Jesus at\r\nthe appropriate time, and the religious people would accuse Him in the mouth of\r\nmore than two witnesses before the Roman governor, Pilate. They would also\r\narrange to have Him tried in a Jewish court before Herod, where he would be\r\nbeaten and subsequently sentenced to death on a cross. <\/span>And, according to the Law, Satan would commit\r\nmurder. <\/span>He would murder One who was not\r\nunder his subjugation -- One who was not<\/b> a slave. <\/span>He would thereupon be legally chargeable in\r\nthe Universal Court.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n

(19)<\/span><\/b>But\r\nJesus was only one witness against Satan. There must be, at the very least, a\r\nsecond witness who would stand up with Jesus and refute Satan's claim against\r\nthe human race. <\/span>This must be a witness\r\nwho was in absolute agreement with Jesus -- one who had also overcome Satan's\r\nhold -- one who had rejected the Tree of Knowledge and the Law -- one who could\r\ntestify that Jesus had, indeed, created the human race so as to provide Himself\r\nwith a Bride who, like He, was a victor in all battles, whether of the flesh,\r\nthe mind, the intellect, the soul, or the realm of the spirit.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n

(20)<\/span><\/b>This\r\nsecond witness must be One with Jesus Christ. \r\n<\/span>How was that to be? <\/span>The Plan must\r\ntherefore be expanded to include the fact that when Jesus went to the cross, he\r\nwould sweep across time and eternity, gather together the sins of all time --\r\npast, present, and future; gather together all powers and dominions, thrones\r\nand principalities -- whether earthly or spiritual; arrest and take with him\r\nthat great enemy of mankind which came into the earth when Adam and Eve ate of\r\nthe Tree of Knowledge, Death himself; and put an end to all, killing and\r\ndestroying all enemies, all the mistakes and wrong choices of mankind, and --\r\nfinally -- Himself.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n

(21)<\/span><\/b>He\r\nmust then demonstrate and assert the Final Authority that was His, and His\r\nalone, as the King of all kings who were taken to the cross. <\/span>He must show that He was and isTHE\r\nSPIRITUAL POWER<\/b><\/u>, which was and is above every onoma<\/span><\/i><\/b>and name that was named -- not only\r\nin the earth, but in the heavens as well. \r\n<\/span>To do this, He must<\/b> rise from the dead!<\/span><\/p>\r\n

\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n

(22)<\/span><\/b>Having\r\nso done, He must now extend an invitation to every member of the human race --\r\nnot just the Jews, the select people chosen some 1900 years earlier, who had\r\nbecome sidetracked with the Law. <\/span>That\r\ninvitation would say that \"whosoever\" would choose Him would be free\r\nto enter into an intimate relationship with Him. <\/span>Those who chose Him would also acknowledge\r\nthat He was and is the Bridegroom from before the foundations of Creation, and\r\nacknowledge that His death on the cross was the complete and total payment for\r\nthe price of their freedom from the slavery they once knew.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n

(23)<\/span><\/b>Those\r\nwho responded to this offer would be instructed to demonstrate their agreement\r\nwith His death and resurrection, and their agreement with the fact that He was\r\nLord of Lords, King of Kings, and Master of the Universe. <\/span>Their demonstration would illustrate not only\r\nHis power over death, but their power over death as well. <\/span>The demonstration? <\/span>Being baptized in water. <\/span>By their complete immersion, they would\r\nmanifest His death, and their death. <\/span>By\r\ntheir coming forth from the water they would attest to His resurrection, and\r\ntheir resurrection. <\/span>It would also be a\r\nsign to Satan that the slave who had been subservient to him had died. <\/span>The resurrected person who came forth was\r\nraised to life by the supreme power of the Lord Jesus Christ. <\/span>The life of the resurrected one from that\r\ntime forth, therefore, would be a life free from legal <\/span>servitude to Satan.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n

(24)<\/span><\/b>All\r\nthose who agreed with the Lord Jesus Christ and followed Him to this point\r\nwould still be faced with the same challenges which existed before. <\/span>The difference would be in <\/span>having access to His life. <\/span>They would time as the Lord worked the\r\nprocesses of renewal and restoration within their lives. <\/span>They would not, however, suffer the same\r\nconsequences of the Law because of their failures, nor would they have the\r\nthreat of eternal damnation hanging over their heads as those who had lived\r\nunder the Law. <\/span>They would be given an\r\nopportunity to respond to the Holy Spirit and enter into an extraordinary time\r\nof preparation as the Bride of the Lord Jesus Christ: a time, and a way of life\r\nknown as \"Ekklesia.\"<\/span><\/p>\r\n

\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n

(25)<\/span><\/b>\r\nEkklesia would be ordained as a time of great pressure, processing, and\r\npreparation for those responding to His call for a Bride. <\/span>Yet, it would be a time of immense joy, a\r\ntime of unity and fellowship with those whom the Holy Spirit would join them\r\nto. <\/span>It would be a dimension of living\r\nfor which there would be no parallel. \r\n<\/span>Those who were joined by the Holy Spirit in this domain would know that\r\nthe joining was a part of their preparation to become joined to the Lord Jesus\r\nChrist as His Bride -- as His counterpart.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n

(26)<\/span><\/b>As\r\nwe have previously noted, all those who agreed with the Lord Jesus Christ would\r\nbe faced with the same temptations with which He was faced. <\/span>They would be faced with the very same\r\nstruggles of the flesh. <\/span>They would fight\r\nwith their emotions. <\/span>They would contest\r\nthe areas of influence which Satan, through his multitudes of evil spirits,\r\nwould endeavor to exert over their lives. \r\n<\/span>They would be faced with learning how to recognize and defeat his\r\ntactics. <\/span>They would learn obedience to\r\nthe very heartbeat of the Lord Jesus Christ through the things which they would\r\nsuffer. <\/span>They would know death but they\r\nwould also know resurrection.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n

(27)<\/span><\/b>All\r\nof these things would be ordained as a necessity for this people who would\r\novercome in order that they would be able to also testify from firsthand\r\nknowledge and experience in the Universal Court. <\/span>For it would be their testimony which would\r\nseal Satan's fate. <\/span>And it would also be\r\ntheir testimony which guaranteed the Bridegroom the <\/span>legal receipt of His inheritance, that called\r\nout company of people redeemed from Satan's bondage and prepared as His\r\nco-equal counterpart, His Bride.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n

The\r\nPlan, set in motion before creation, now specified that after a period of four\r\nhundred years of silence upon the earth in which the Bridegroom would no longer\r\nspeak, or represent His call to the Bride, He would appear Himself, in person,\r\nto call His Bride unto Himself. <\/span>For the\r\nBride to now respond after thousands of years of captivity to the Serpent,\r\nhowever, meant that some legal moves must take place.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n

No,\r\nthese were not the kind of legal moves you would expect to see in the average\r\ncourt of law. <\/span>These were\r\nprecedent-setting actions \u2013 actions, which would pave the way for Jesus Christ\r\nto stand up in the Universal Court before The Father and testify against <\/span>Satan. \r\n<\/span>This would necessitate that Jesus qualify as a member of the human race,\r\nelse He could not testify on behalf of the human race. <\/span>This was a well-planned and orchestrated\r\nevent.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n

From\r\nJesus' perspective, time was only relevant to the human race since they\r\noccupied a time-space existence on earth. \r\n<\/span>When the Plan was first devised by the Godhead, They could see across\r\ntime and space to every moment and event which would occur in human history --\r\nin a microsecond or less. <\/span>Likewise, They\r\ncould enter time and space from eternity -- in that same micro-second or less.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n

With\r\ntime having traveled to the culmination of another four hundred plus year cycle\r\nin the calling of the Bride, it now became imperative that the Holy Spirit enter\r\ntime......and a young maiden, whose name was Mary, who had descended from\r\nDavid. <\/span>So as to prepare Mary for this\r\nstupendous and earth-shaking occurrence, the angel Gabriel was sent ahead to\r\nadvise her of the events to follow.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n

Having\r\nalready been in love with the Lord God -- even though she lived in an age when\r\nit was indeed a rarity -- Mary was both delighted and cooperative with the <\/span>announcement of Gabriel. <\/span>Thus, it came about that nine months later\r\nJesus was born into this world. <\/span>He was\r\nboth the Son of God and a human being. \r\n<\/span>Because he was born of the Holy Spirit, he did not inherit the genetic\r\ncurse of the human race. <\/span>He was not born\r\na slave, nor was he subservient in any way to Satan. <\/span>He did, however, qualify as a member of the\r\nhuman race because Mary was his human mother. \r\n<\/span>The first legal action had been taken.<\/i><\/b><\/span><\/p>\r\n

\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n

It\r\nnow became necessary that he grow to natural manhood and experience the\r\ntemptations and difficulties which every member of the human race has ever\r\nknown. <\/span>He must know pain. <\/span>He must know sorrow. <\/span>He must be touched in every area of his human\r\nexistence. <\/span>He must experience every\r\nemotion known to man. <\/span>And, yet, He could\r\nnot succumb to any of these feelings or \r\n<\/span>emotions. <\/span>They could not gain the\r\nmastery of Him. <\/span>Even as He knew these\r\ntemptations -- even as He knew these emotions -- even as He experienced both\r\nphysical pain and delight, He must overcome and rule in the midst of\r\neverything. <\/span>He must learn absolute and\r\ntotal obedience to His Father through the afflictions which He would suffer as\r\na human being. <\/span>Thlipsis<\/span><\/i><\/b>would be a reality to Him. <\/span>It must be, or He would not be able to\r\nencourage and support His Bride as she likewise learned through the things\r\nwhich she would suffer. <\/span>Thlipsis<\/span><\/i><\/b>would be a 30-year experience for\r\nJesus. <\/span>The second legal action had\r\nbeen taken.<\/i><\/b><\/span><\/p>\r\n

\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n
